Our goal is zero accidents because our employees are our greatest asset. The health and safety of employees and others who may be affected by the company’s activities is fundamental to the success of its business.

SLP Maritime undertakes a proactive approach to managing health and safety, environment and quality practices, with the objective of creating a safe environment for all our operations around the world.

To reach this goal SLP Maritime has developed and implemented a QHSE Management System (“QHSE MS”). This system is based on the following international standards:

ISO 9001 – Quality Management
ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety

The QHSE MS is made up of this 9 elements:

– Organization, roles and HSE responsibilities are clearly defined and documented.
– Personnel are competent to conduct their assigned roles and activities.

– Risk Assessment and Management
– Contractor and Supplier Management Safe Systems of Work (Operational Controls).

– Monitoring and Continual Improvement
