In our Cadiz workshop we have the capacity of prefabricating big steel structures and blocks with 4 cranes of a total of 42 tons.

Fitters and certified welders for carbon steel and stainless steel installations such us decks, tanks, bulkheads, blocks, etc.

Fitters and certified welders to repair tanks, tank tops, walkways, catwalks, decks and steel structures.

We install stick and welded insulation pins if necessary. We install thermal, A-15, A-30, A-60, acoustic and Mapflex insulation with their corresponding certifications.
Furthermore we also install Chilled Water Pipework and Air Conditioning Thermal Insulation and Refrigeration and Brine Pipework Thermal Insulation.

For the installation of the partitions we remove old partitions, renew the hanging plates and install new partitions.

For the installation of the doors or windows we carefully remove doors/windows decorative frame, remove the old door/window, install the door and adjust the door closing pump and install door handles, latch, sensor and rubber around the door and apply Sikaflex around the door in the outside area.

 We install high scaffolding with the design and the appropriate dimensions to access all the areas of operation. It is installed following all the security measures with an excellent result.
